Spechler-Vogel Textiles was founded by Paul Spechler and Alvin Vogel in the early 1950s. They have been located at 234 W. 39th St. since about 1972. Prior locations were nearby at 151 W. 40th St. (1951-62) and 239 W. 39th St. (1962-71 or 72).
