Sapphire Bombay Gin, 23rd St. at Park Ave. South (2002)

This sign is so bright and clear it looks like one of those plastic things. But it is not plastic, it is painted directly on the brick. Has to be one of the best so far in the 21st century. It was painted out in summer 2004, replaced by a movie ad.
